- Start with empty spoon and helpful chopsticks. Yes, helpful ones, otherwise this will take even longer.
- Add noodle. Best if done in a circular motion.
- Add vegetables---a variety if you can manage.
- Add chicken (or beef).
- Slowly dunk spoon in broth up to edges, careful not to disturb mountain of goodness.
